	Sylvia K. Kelly, MPA
	CEO
	As CEO, Kelly is responsible for the day-to-day operations of HealthSouth’s 87-bed hospital. Her professional experience is in hospital administration, managed care, physician recruitment, business development and strategic planning. She earned an undergraduate degree from Case-Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, as well as a master’s degree in public administration from California State University in Sacramento. She has been with HealthSouth since 2002.

Harvey Mallory, M.D.

Dr. Mallory is an attending physician at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital, in Albuquerque, and also serves as program director for outpatient services. He is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Dr. Mallory earned a bachelor’s degree in zoology and a master’s degree in architecture from the University of Texas. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas School of Medicine in San Antonio.

	Veronica Gadomski, RN, CRRN
	Chief Nursing Officer
	Gadomski provides leadership and oversight for the Nursing Department as well as the Respiratory Department, Pharmacy, Food Services, and Infection Control. She also manages contracted services. Gadomski earned a nursing degree from the University of Albuquerque in 1985 and has been a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) for six years. Gadomski has been with HealthSouth since 2004.

	Lisa Brower , MOTR/L
	Director Of Therapy Operations
	Brower oversees therapy operations at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital, Albuquerque. She earned her bachelor's degree in biology with a minor in chemistry. She continued her studies at the University of New Mexico and earned her master's degree in occupational therapy in 2003. She has been a treating occupational therapist for six years.

	Janet Nelson, MS, CCC-SLP, MBA, MA
	DMO
	Janet oversees the marketing and admissions departments at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Albuquerque. She is a licensed speech pathologist earning her master's of science degree from the University of New Mexico (UNM). Janet also holds a master's degree in business administration from Golden Gate University in San Francisco and a master's of arts degree in curriculum design from UNM. Her undergraduate work was completed at the State University of New York and she has five years of experience in the healthcare industry.

	Byron Aten, CPA
	Controller
	Aten oversees payroll, accounts payable, central supply and medical records at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital Albuquerque. He is a graduate the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Management and earned certification as a public accountant in New Mexico.

	Rosalynn Hilton, MSW
	Director of Case Management
	Rosalynn brings more than 23 years of healthcare experience to HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital Albuquerque. She earned a master’s degree in social work from the University of Oklahoma and also works as HealthSouth's western region director of case management.

Steve Ledesma, M.D.

Dr. Ledesma serves as a physician at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital in Albuquerque, NM, specializing in Internal Medicine, Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine. He received his medical degree from Universidad Autonoma de Cuidad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, and completed his Internal Medicine residency program at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, affiliated with Downstate Medical School. Dr. Ledesma has practiced in Albuquerque for 23 years and is fluent in Spanish. He also has a special interest in diabetic management.

	Victoria Otero, BA

	Otero has a bachelors of business administration degree with a concentration in human resources management. She earned her degree in 2008 from the University of New Mexico. She has more than eight years of experience in the HR field and holds certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

Angela Eaton-Walker, MD

Medical Director

Dr. Walker received her bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Michigan. She continued on at Michigan State University with the College of Human Medicine receiving her MD. Dr. Walker completed her residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Sinai-Grace Hospital of Detroit and she has been practicing for 11 years.

	Kimberlie Holtry, RN

	Kimberlie is HealthSouth Albuquerque's director of home health. She received her associate degree in nursing from Technical Vocational Institute (CNM) in 1993. She has 10 years of experience in home healthcare and more than 25 years working in the nursing field.

Jill Marjama-Lyons, M.D.

Dr. Marjama-Lyons is the movement disorders program director at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Albuquerque. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the Movement Disorders Society and the American Medical Association, among others. Dr. Marjama-Lyons received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned her medical degree from the State University of New York Health Science Center in Syracuse. She completed residencies in psychiatry and neurology, an internship in psychiatry and a fellowship in movement disorders.

	Rocky Bigcrane
	Plant Operations Director
	Rocky comes to HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Albuquerque with more than 20 years of management experience. Thirteen years of his experience have been spent in safety, security and facilities management in the hospital community. Rocky is a Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP), Certified Hazard Control Manager (CHCM), defensive tactics instructor; and he also holds various hazardous and biological certifications and training certificates through the Department of Homeland Security.
