She earned an undergraduate degree from Case-Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, as well as a master’s degree in public administration from California State University in Sacramento. She has been with HealthSouth since 2002. |

Dr. Mallory is an attending physician at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital, in Albuquerque, and also serves as program director for outpatient services. He is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Dr. Mallory earned a bachelor’s degree in zoology and a master’s degree in architecture from the University of Texas. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas School of Medicine in San Antonio. All physicians are independent practitioners and are not employees of HealthSouth. |

| Gadomski provides leadership and oversight for the Nursing Department as well as the Respiratory Department, Pharmacy, Food Services, and Infection Control. She also manages contracted services. Gadomski earned a nursing degree from the University of Albuquerque in 1985 and has been a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) for six years. Gadomski has been with HealthSouth since 2004. |

Janet also holds a master's degree in business administration from Golden Gate University in San Francisco and a master's of arts degree in curriculum design from UNM. Her undergraduate work was completed at the State University of New York and she has five years of experience in the healthcare industry. |

Dr. Ledesma serves as a physician at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital in Albuquerque, NM, specializing in Internal Medicine, Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine. He received his medical degree from Universidad Autonoma de Cuidad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, and completed his Internal Medicine residency program at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, affiliated with Downstate Medical School. Dr. Ledesma has practiced in Albuquerque for 23 years and is fluent in Spanish. He also has a special interest in diabetic management.

| Kimberlie is HealthSouth Albuquerque's director of home health. She received her associate degree in nursing from Technical Vocational Institute (CNM) in 1993. She has 10 years of experience in home healthcare and more than 25 years working in the nursing field. |

Dr. Marjama-Lyons is the movement disorders program director at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Albuquerque. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the Movement Disorders Society and the American Medical Association, among others. Dr. Marjama-Lyons received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned her medical degree from the State University of New York Health Science Center in Syracuse. She completed residencies in psychiatry and neurology, an internship in psychiatry and a fellowship in movement disorders.

Thirteen years of his experience have been spent in safety, security and facilities management in the hospital community. Rocky is a Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP), Certified Hazard Control Manager (CHCM), defensive tactics instructor; and he also holds various hazardous and biological certifications and training certificates through the Department of Homeland Security. |
