Fall Prevention and Rehab Clinic

Anyone who may be having trouble with dizzy spells, falls or difficulty walking is invited to attend.
Offered the fourth Thursday of every other month from 4 - 5 p.m.

Spasticity Clinic

Anyone who is experiencing increased muscle tone or tightness due to a medical condition is invited to attend. Medical conditions may include: brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, Multiple Sclerosis, or Parkinson’s disease.
Offered the third Thursday of every other month from 4 – 5 p.m.

HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital, in Albuquerque offers several free clinics asa service to the community. These clinics are designed to screen individuals and make recommendation for services that may be beneficial to help improve safety,function and quality of life.

Second Chance Stroke Clinic

Anyone who has had a stroke recently or sometime in the past is invited to attend.
Offered the second Thursday of every month from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

All clinics are free of charge and do not require a physician’s
referral to attend. Pre-registration is required .
